One of the greatest days of my life, and that's saying a lot, because I met my future wife for the first time the next day.

While I certainly cannot "hate" recent fans, anyone with true =W= in them knows that Pinkerton is the best Weezer album hands down, followed by Blue, then everything else.

I agree that we cannot be saddened. From the moment I heard "Island in the Sun" and the "woop-woop" vocal, I was hooked.

Too bad I found them so late in life. I'm 59 and a retired rock n roll radio disc jockey. Let's hope the band members get rested, go on to solo projects and in ten years or so do a "reunion record."

It would be so cool. --GNewsstandGreghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04099049885765768069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27986257.post-1153155349962330412006-07-17T12:55:00.000-04:002006-07-17T12:55:00.000-04:00Ninth grade, in my room carving bassoon reeds afte...Ninth grade, in my room carving bassoon reeds after returning home from the movie "Face-Off." Borrowed it from a friend, gave it back a few weeks later, subsequently bought the album at least four times.
http://www.angelfire.com/ks/weezerisdope/greendeficiencies.htmlAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27986257.post-1152988082215869502006-07-15T14:28:00.000-04:002006-07-15T14:28:00.000-04:00Enjoying the start of senior year at Pike, ignorin...Enjoying the start of senior year at Pike, ignoring all HW and studying.

Go Boilers, and SE3 Tarkington was where it was at.
