Regardless of who is the good guy or the villain, a feeling that either one may be able to out do the other and emerge on top is present, otherwise the outcome is inevitable and thus boring and inconsequential. Eddie Cheever can't even manage to stay on the lead lap. He is an idiot that is nothing more than a slow moving obstacle that tends to move in the direction of anyone named Andretti. Should there not be any Andretti's around, then he moves in the direction of anyone more competitive then himself, which means he will just randomly crash into any of the other drivers on the course. We are not talking Shaq and Kobe here, we are talking Shaq and some 5'11" fat kid that has never even played college ball. The fat kid never has a chance, so all he does is try to kick Shaq in the knees. What kind of rivalry is that? It's not good drama - it's annoying and interferes with what could be some very good rivalries between talented drivers - yet they will never get a chance to develop since Cheever constantly puts them into the wall. For example, Danika and Marco has a chance to become an excellent rivalry, yet thanks to Eddie neither one could even finish the race. Let’s let the big boys and girls race in the IRL and put the amateurs like Cheever where they belong - behind the wheel of a bumper car at your local county fair.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27986257.post-1149638823774922512006-06-06T20:07:00.000-04:002006-06-06T20:07:00.000-04:00All I can say is EXCELLENT INDEED!All I can say is EXCELLENT INDEED!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
